Walking through hell day 3 -Desert Rose

Ok so I am done with pulmonology and honestly it's not as difficult as it may seem at first; from tomorrow onwards I shall start doing renal and hopefully by Monday I will be done with it. Yesterday I ran 2.2 kms on the treadmill in 15 minutes, spent 15 minutes on the cycling machine and spent 15 minutes on the elliptical machine (yayyyy, managed to do all three in a single day). My body's still sore but my mind feels ecstatic (endorphins are real I guess lol).

A couple of friends who know my workout routine have suggested that I start lifting weights and I do get where they're coming from but honestly at this point lifting weights does not fit in well with why I go to the gym in the first place. I go to the gym to tire and exhaust myself to help me sleep better, yes it has come down to this lol, and honestly it works.

Anyways 28 days left to go and I seem on track to finishing bnb in a couple of weeks time hopefully IA. I just am hoping that I'd be able to keep up the momentum till the very end. I am also hoping to be able to continue writing this blog despite of the fact that I don't even know if anyone reads it or not but honestly at this point all I have in my hands is to one, not loose my sanity and two to continue trying no matter what and not give up. I won't.

It is beautiful isn't it, Milena?
